There are few neighborhoods that can rival the number of prestigious architectural gems nestled into the landscape surrounding Highland Park, Illinois. These include a historical bandstand, a log cabin that dates back to the mid-1800s, and a number of homes designed by the renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright. The visionary described the Prairie style he pioneered and built in the area as “the city man’s country home on the prairie”; declaring that these homes united man, nature, and architecture.
